Grocery-Anchored Retail Center

Residents of Eagle Mountain, a fast-growing rural community in Utah County, had to travel outside of the community for even the most basic of necessities – including groceries.
After numerous false starts over many years to bring a grocery store to the city, Eagle Mountain asked Better City for assistance in driving the project forward. Within months of being engaged, Better City recruited a grocery store developer and operator to the community to develop a 50,000 square foot store and pharmacy to anchor the development of a $6M neighborhood grocery-anchored retail center. This new development also significantly reduced the amount of retail sales tax leaving the community.
The businesses included in this expansive center include Ridley’s Family Market which features a Starbucks Cafe and U.S. Post office center and drive-through pharmacy, ACE Hardware, RevereHealth Eagle Mountain Clinic and Urgent Care, Subway and Domino’s Pizza.
