Resilience RoadmapSummit Region, Colorado
The Resilience Roadmap was created to make regionally aligned and actionable strategies to help the region with pandemic recovery and also develop resiliency for future economic shocks.
Better City identified three focus points before launching the Roadmap process; industry diversification, entrepreneurial development and workforce development. However, through the planning process a fourth focus point was identified as a need: community resilience. The plan goes through each of these focus points with specific strategies, resources for funding and grants, backed up with data gathered through research and analysis.
